Learn everything you need to know about the program and how to take the first step toward enrollment.
Program Overview
The GED® test comprises four subjects, broken into separate exams. You don't have to take all four tests simultaneously - you can space them out however it suits you and go at your own pace. Here is an overview of what is on the GED by subject area.
Subject Areas
This course will help you prepare for the GED. This course will review various course subjects, such as English, writing, reading, math, social studies, and science. This course includes practice GED exams, computer-assisted programs, individual tutoring, and counseling sessions. You MUST score a 239 on the CASAS assessment to enroll in this course.
Students must be 18 or older and no longer attending high school to enroll.
Our GED preparation courses are designed to prepare students to pass all sections of the GEd. All GED classes are in person; however, all GED coursework is available online through our Aztec LMS.
